For textured hair—including wavy, curly, and especially kinky patterns—length is measured in its fully stretched state. This is standard across the hair industry. Due to the natural curl pattern, the hair may appear shorter when worn in its natural texture, but will measure true to length when fully extended.

Each bundle weighs approximately 3.2 to 3.5 oz and is measured in its fully stretched state from the top of the weft to the ends.

Recommended bundles based on desired look:

• 12"–14": 2 for a natural and 3 for a voluminous look.

• 16"–18": 3 for a natural and 4 for a voluminous look.

• 20"–24": 4 for a natural and 5 for a voluminous look.

• 26” and longer: 5 for a natural and 6 for a voluminous look.

If in doubt, consult your stylist to ensure a seamless install. These are general recommendations and may vary based on leave-out, use of closures/frontals, and overall volume preference.

What to Expect

Your extensions arrive fresh from our signature co-wash process, lightly scented with a luxe floral fragrance. Due to the raw nature of our hair, slight variations in color and texture are normal — and part of what makes each bundle uniquely premium.

Before Installation

• Always wash bundles before installation — zip ties intact — to assess quality and prep hair.

• If you notice abnormalities, contact us before use for immediate support.

• Our hair is measured when fully stretched; textured hair will appear shorter in its natural state.

Installation Tips

• Use the Over-and-Out Method: Fold wefts so the “beards” face inward, away from the scalp.

• Do not pierce wefts with needles — this can cause excessive shedding.

• Cut wefts only if necessary and consider sealing them for added durability.

• Extensions are sold by the bundle — not as wigs or full units. Photos may feature heat-styled hair.

Maintenance Routine 

Co-Wash: 2–3x per week - Curly & Textured Tresses

• Section hair into 5–10 parts.

• Detangle gently from ends to roots using a wide-tooth or Denman brush.

• Apply conditioner generously, twist or braid sections, and let sit for 15–20 min.

• Rinse thoroughly. Use a cotton T-shirt or microfiber towel to blot dry.

• Apply a light oil or serum to lock in shine and reduce frizz.

For curly textures: Avoid touching dry curls to maintain definition and avoid frizz.

Night Care

• Tie hair into a loose ponytail or bun.

• Cover with a satin bonnet or scarf.

• Use flexi rods overnight for bounce and definition.

• In the morning, gently comb from ends to roots.

Heat Styling & Coloring

• Heat safe up to 450°F — but limit use to preserve the natural pattern.

• Hair can lift to level 10 blonde. Professional colorist recommended.

• Frequent heat styling may permanently loosen curl patterns.

Return Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 calendar days of your purchase date — only if the extensions are unused and unaltered.
This means:

• No washing

• No coloring or chemical processing

• No cutting, unraveling, or installation
   

Hair must be returned in the original state it was shipped to be eligible for an exchange.
